PepperJam signs me up for the wrong account then tells me I need to re-apply.

Hi Jason,
The reason that you cannot access any offers is because you were signed up for a merchant account, rather then as an affiliate. I have deleted your merchant account, as you cannot sign up for another account with duplicate contact info. You can sign up for a PJN affiliate account here.

Seriously, why would I want to sign up again when they didn’t get it right the first time?

With all due respect, we apologize for the confusion.

99% of our publishers sign-up as publishers and do not mistakenly sign-up as advertisers.

We appreciate your frustration, but all we can do is work with you since you mistakenly signed-up as an advertiser.

BTW - Signing-up as a publisher on PJN takes less than 3 minutes, but I’m sure you are a busy person.

As CEO I have all the time in the world to provide our publishers with the absolute highest level of service.
