I received 71 hits the first day and first day and 69 the second and all during the same hour. There were 9 different IP addresses used-65.208.151.111 thru 65.208.151.119. Each IP address viewed a different number of pages for various lenghts of time. Anything to worry about besides disrupting my analytics?

We just got 800+ hits in less than an hour, seems like a bot to me, and the more hits, the more clicks… i am going to exclude them from my analytics results and do some more investigating.

Same here. I noticed a huge spike in traffic on my web site, all from Jarvis and all spending 1 s or less per page. Obviously some sort of crawler but for what purpose? (And, btw, I also got sent here after Googling “Jarvis Universal Purchasing Company”).

yes good question – I saw the same to my Australian site on 10th July 2008 over 3 times my normal traffic about 500 unique visits from jarvis universal purchase company. not sure why they would be or what the relevance to me – just diverts my real game but interesting anyway
