The title might be a little misleading. This isn’t an invite per se, but you will be allowed to register for MSN’s Ad Center nonetheless.
1. Go to this site https://adcenter.msn.com.sg/Default.aspx
2. Click on Sign up. Do not type anything.
3. Now change the url by hand to https://adcenter.msn.com/Default.aspx
4. Click on Signup again.
BOOM you now can signup. I’m not sure how or why this works. I suggest using it before it is changed if you would like an AdCenter account.
