By registering with ClubM8 you expressly authorize Zero9 to send text messages to your wireless device in conjunction with your use of the Service. Age: By registering with ClubM8, you agree that you are at least 18 (eighteen) years old.
The ClubM8 Service is directed only at users over the age of 18. Cost of the service: Program fees depend on your selected carrier.
If you are an AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Alltel, Cellular One or T-Mobile subscriber your fee is 99 cent per message received.
If you are a Sprint Pcs or Nextel subscriber you pay a max monthly fee of $9.99 which enables you to receive unlimited messages.
If you are a Boost subscriber you pay a max monthly fee of $6.99 which enables you to receive unlimited messages.
Any fees you incur through your use of the Service will be charged each month onto your cellular phone bill. Other charges may apply.
Your cell phone provider may charge tax and standard text message fees for your use of the Service and any help or account related text messages that Zero9 sends you.
You agree that free minutes and free SMS packages that you receive through your cellular provider will not apply to your use of this Service. Cancellation and termination of service: You can cancel the service at any time by simply sending a text message with the word ?STOPALL?, to our shortcode 33222 - and your profile will be removed from ClubM8.
You can also cancel by emailing Zero9 customer service at info@clubm8.tv and include your cell phone provider name.
Pause and restart service: You may pause the service temporarily by sending the command PAUSE to the shortcode 33222. To Restart the service, send the command START.
